What’s included in the rent?

Most of our rooms are all-inclusive, meaning council tax, water, gas, electricity, and WiFi are all included in your monthly rent. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included for each property.

How quickly can I move in?

Once references are completed and the deposit is paid, you can typically move in within a few days. We aim to make the process as fast and smooth as possible.

Is my deposit protected?

Yes, all deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) as required by law. You’ll receive confirmation of your deposit protection within 30 days of payment.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Simply call or text Ray directly on 01438 545553 or email info@rcharlesproperty.com. We pride ourselves on fast response times and getting issues resolved promptly.

What references do you need?

We typically require proof of ID, proof of income (payslips or bank statements), and a previous landlord reference where available. We assess each application individually.
